Shipping policy

We ship across Canada. A flat shipping rate of $20 CAD applies to every order. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email once your order ships. Delivery times vary by location within Canada. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@coldnorthernshop.com and we will make it right. We currently ship to Canadian addresses only.
